Processing Time
All items are handmade with care. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. Made-to-order items may take up to 10–14 business days to allow for drying, glazing, and kiln time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the U.S. only. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on the way.

Packaging
We pack each piece carefully using sustainable and protective materials to ensure your ceramics arrive safely.

Local Pickup
If you're located in the Detroit area, local pickup may be available. Reach out via the chatbox to inquire.

Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. Most carriers we work with offer insurance. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll assist with filing a claim for reimbursement and explore a resolution with the shipping carrier.
