Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged in shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or minor variations in shape, size, or glaze. These are the beautiful marks of handcrafted work.
Return shipping costs (for approved returns) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
